They apply to all individuals residing in Bangladesh who use hot40's services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on the platform.
To use this platform, you must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of Bangladesh. Use of the hot40 platform by minors is strictly prohibited, and any such use, once identified, will result in immediate account closure.
To register on hot40, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Creating an account with false or incorrect details is a violation of these Terms and may result in account termination. Each user may only maintain one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Keeping your username and password confidential is your responsibility, and you are accountable for all activity carried out under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact the hot40 support team immediately.
For your security, we strongly recommend using a strong password and updating it regularly. hot40 will never ask for your password via email or phone. The platform may request supporting documents for identity verification at any time, and certain services may be restricted until verification is successfully completed.
While using the hot40 platform, you must ensure that all your activities are lawful, ethical, and in compliance with these Terms. Disturbing, harassing, deceiving, or engaging in harmful behavior toward other users is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage through bots, automated software, or unauthorized third-party tools will result in immediate account suspension. Attempting to exploit technical glitches or loopholes in the platform falls under the same policy. You must always bet in your own name and for your own use; operating an account on behalf of others or for any commercial purpose is not permitted.
Hot40 reserves the right to monitor any user's activity, and accounts may be subject to investigation if suspicious transactions or behavior are detected. Where evidence of money laundering or other illegal financial activity is found, the relevant authorities will be notified.
All financial transactions on hot40 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For deposits and withdrawals, we support mobile banking and other approved payment methods available in Bangladesh. Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal limits are displayed in the platform's payment section and are subject to change from time to time. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days, and in some cases withdrawals will only be available after identity verification has been completed. Withdrawing bonus funds requires meeting specific wagering conditions, which will be clearly stated in the relevant bonus offer.
Deposited funds may only be used for betting or gaming purposes and may not be transferred to any third party. If suspicious payment activity is detected, hot40 reserves the right to suspend the transaction and block the account until all necessary verification is completed. Any payment-related disputes must be submitted in writing to our support team within 30 days.
Hot40 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances: violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, provision of false information, operating multiple accounts, or using the platform for any unlawful purpose. Upon account closure, any pending bonuses or promotional credits will be forfeited, though legitimately deposited funds may be returned subject to verification. Users may also request to close their own account at any time, and may take a temporary break under our responsible gaming policy.
Regarding hot40's limitation of liability, it should be noted that hot40 bears limited responsibility for any loss arising from technical errors, internet disruptions, third-party service failures, or other causes. The platform is not liable for financial losses resulting from betting or gaming, and users participate entirely at their own risk. hot40 does not guarantee the outcome of any event or promise any form of profit.
All content, designs, logos, software, and trademarks on the hot40 platform are protected by hot40's intellectual property rights. Copying, reproducing, distributing, or using any part of the platform for commercial purposes without our written permission is strictly prohibited. The hot40 platform may include links or services from third parties; hot40 is not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and users access these at their own risk. We recommend reading the terms and privacy policy of any third-party service before using it.
Hot40 may update these Terms, in part or in full, at any time and without prior notice. Changes take effect from the date they are published on the platform, and your continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Bangladesh.
